Financial Accounts Division

The Accounting Division is one of the fundamental pillars of the college, responsible for comprehensive financial management to ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial operations. Its key responsibilities include:

  1. Revenue Management:

    • Receiving and collecting revenues from students enrolled in the parallel and evening study systems, as well as other revenues related to official documents, transactions, objections, approvals, and other financial processes.

    • Organizing financial records and issuing official receipts for all transactions to ensure systematic documentation.

  2. Expenditure Management:

    • Coordinating financial disbursements in collaboration with specialized committees within the college, such as:

      • Procurement Committee (for purchasing supplies).

      • Fuel Committee (for managing fuel-related expenses).

      • Equipment Maintenance Committee (for infrastructure upkeep).

      • Audit Committee (for financial reviews).

    • Disbursing payments to external lecturers and academic staff in accordance with established regulations.

  3. Administrative and Financial Follow-Up:

    • Responding to inquiries and official correspondence from the university presidency regarding budgets, expenditures, revenues, and other accounting matters.

    • Preparing periodic reports to present the college’s financial status to relevant authorities.

  4. Employee Affairs Management:

    • Organizing monthly payroll lists for college staff and updating salary records.

    • Managing temporary contract payrolls and coordinating with the Retirement Department to process pension deductions.

The division strives to uphold financial discipline, comply with governmental regulations, and support the college’s academic and administrative mission with high efficiency.

Audit Division

Vision :

Starting and one of the first tasks of the Audit Division is a comprehensive view of the audit work and enriching the audit employee with all the instructions and laws that will make the auditor proficient in his tools at work and that there is no defect in his practical vision in order to serve the institution or department in which he works.

The Mission :

Identify all financial and administrative errors, detect any violation of the instructions issued by the Ministry, address them, and evaluate all the department’s outlets, units and divisions, with full transparency and without overlooking errors and transgressions, if any.

Objectives :-

Achieving a distinguished and fairly integrated performance and addressing all errors to raise a better and ideal level for the college.

University Follow-up Division

The University Follow-up Division is in Direct contact with the Dean of the College

Vision and Mission:-

For the purpose of providing the utmost security, stability and protection to the Dean, the teaching staff, employees and students within the college and to ensure public safety and fire prevention.

Objectives :-

1- Preparing plans to ensure the safety of teachers, employees, and students by securing the entrances, exits, and doors of the college.

2- Work to provide patrols to monitor fences and crossings that could cause a disruption in the security situation.

3- Ensuring the safety of the building by developing a plan for the guards to take responsibility for the safety of the college’s buildings.

4- Develop detailed plans to ensure the protection of the college and the safety of its student occupants, given its importance, and coordinate with police stations and security forces close to those targets to ensure protection and support in the event of any emergency.

5- Forming patrols that operate within the college from members who have a good reputation to monitor the behavior of some students that are inconsistent with public moral behavior and monitor the negative cases that occur and report them immediately.

6- Preventing armed demonstrations inside the college.

7- Providing first aid to all teachers, employees and students when emergency situations occur.

Engineering Division

The Engineering Division was established in the year (2023) according to Administrative Order No. 1164/39/7 on 18/6/2023. It is considered one of the main administrative divisions in the College of Agriculture, and is directly linked to the Assistant Administrative Dean.

Continuous Education Division

Since the establishment of the College of Agriculture, the Division of Continuous Education has contributed to providing its educational and training services according to carefully designed programmes, workshops and seminars in cooperation with the Deanship of the College, its assistants and its scientific branches to support all faculty members and staff with ongoing programs for professional development and activities that meet their needs to achieve a high level of quality, which The division gained a good reputation and gained the trust of the trainees, and this explains the increase in their numbers year after year.

Accordingly, the Continuous Education Unit in the College of Agriculture is a source of continuous learning to serve individuals and institutions in the public and private sectors and various groups of society. It also works to develop levels of job performance, by providing knowledge, experience, and professional skills related to job and future needs.
