University of Kirkuk organizes an awareness campaign on respecting diversity

The Legal Division and Human Rights Unit at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, organized an awareness campaign on respecting diversity. The campaign included distributing brochures to faculty members and students.

Dr. Batool Ibrahim Abdulrahman, Head of the Legal Division, stated that the campaign aimed to promote a culture of respect for diversity, which serves as a fundamental pillar for coexistence and understanding. She explained that diversity encompasses cultural, intellectual, religious, and sectarian differences, all of which enrich society, making it more vibrant and creative. Respecting diversity also strengthens mutual understanding and fosters an integrated community environment rooted in noble human values.
